Rental lease agreement – Once the applicant’s employment and income are approved, the Utah rental lease agreement form can be signed.

Application Fee – No limit on fees but the owner cannot accept an application or charge a fee before providing the applicant, in writing, when the rental unit will be available, and the criteria for acceptance, including criminal history, credit, income, employment, or rental history. ^[1]
Security Deposit – No maximum amount on security deposits.
