Security Deposit Requirements
- Maximum Amount – Two (2) months rent is the maximum amount.
- Returning to Tenants – Thirty (30) days.

Landlord Rental Property Access
General Access – Landlords should give Tenants at least 24 hours notice although it is not mandatory in Pennsylvania.
Paying Rent and Late Fees
Grace Period – No grace period.
Late Rent Fees – No limit.
NSF Fees – $50 per bounced rent check.
