A Wyoming durable statutory power of attorney form allows a person (the “principal”) to appoint someone to act on their behalf in financial matters. The appointed person (the “agent”) is authorized to handle any financial-related tasks for the principal.
The Principal must sign the POA document in front of a public notary.

Returns – Landlords must return all deposits to the Tenant within 30 days of the lease end date. If the Tenant provides new mailing address then within 15 days of the lease end date. The later date is the maximum time Landlords have to return security deposits.
