Indiana Landlord Tenant Laws
Landlords and Tenants must be current with the current State and Federal Laws.
Maximum – In Indiana, Landlords can request any security deposit from the Tenant(s).
Returns – The Landlord has forty-five days after the lease end date to return security deposits to the Tenant.
