- Maximum – There’s no top amount Landlords can request from their Tenants.
- Returns – The Landlord should give back your security deposit within 30 days. If they keep any of it, they must tell you why in writing and send it to you within 30 days. After that, they have 15 more days to give you the rest of your security deposit.
