Minnesota Residential Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement
A Minnesota residential real estate purchase agreement is a legal form that a buyer uses to purchase real estate from a willing sell by owner. The agreement should include what the buyer is offering, financing, and how long the offer is valid. State law requires the seller to provide a written disclosure of any defects or deterrents the residence has. This statement must be given to potential buyers before making any written agreement.
