Maine Lease-to-Purchase Agreement

A Maine lease-to-purchase agreement / rent-to-own agreement, is a legal contract that is used when a Tenant rent a property with the option to buy it later. The contract includes the details of both renting and buying the property. The negotiated terms are decided at the time both parties sign the agreement.
