- Landlord’s Contact – The lease must include the landlord’s name and address. [3]
- Radon Notice – Landlords must inform tenants of radon risks and provide an informational brochure. [4]
- Bed Bugs – Rentals must be free of bed bugs. Landlords must disclose any infestations from the past eight (8) months. [5]
- Exemption Status – Landlords with five or fewer single-family homes can issue a 5-day notice for lease compliance. [6]
