- Receipt Number
- Terms & Conditions – Any conditions related to the return of the deposit, deductions, or interest earned.
- Signature of Landlord – To confirm and authenticate the receipt.
- Signature of Tenant (Optional) – To confirm that the Tenant acknowledges the payment.
