- Lead-Based Paint Disclosure Form and EPA Brochure—Landlords must provide a disclosure form and EPA brochure for properties built before 1978.
- Landlord Information – The lease must include the landlord’s name and mailing address for tenant notices.
- Absence Notification — The lease must state that tenants must notify the landlord of absences longer than 14 days.
