Security Deposit

Return – The Landlord must return all deposits to Tenants within 30 days of the lease end date. Landlords must give an itemized list of deductions to Tenants (if any).

Grace Period – Five (5) day grace period.

Landlord Entry

There’s no governing law on Landlords notifying Tenants but Landlords typically give their Tenants a notice of at lease 24-hours (1 day) before entering the rented premises for any non-emergency purpose.
