The New Hampshire DMV motor vehicle bill of sale is a legal form that is used in the transfer of ownership of a vehicle. The seller must sign it, and the buyer can use it to register the vehicle with the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

The Motor Vehicle Registration Process
New vehicle owners must register their vehicles with the DMV within 60 days of purchase or moving. Registrations must be renewed annually, and owners can renew at their local city clerk’s office.
