The Georgia Power of Attorney Form establishes an agreement in which one party (the “principal”) chooses to delegate specific personal rights (“powers”) to another party (the “agent”) so that they can carry out specific specified actions on their behalf. The authority granted may be related to the assigning party’s financial assets, medical care, or minor child.
